Trout Court is a comfortable, centrally heated, well equipped self catering accommodation, located on Sussex Creek, Port Sussex Farm.
An ideal location for Trout and mullet fishing, walking, hiking or exploring, and in a central location for visiting sites of interest at San Carlos, Goose Green and surrounding areas. A twenty minute drive from Mount Usborne, the Islands highest peak. 10-15 minutes to Blue Beach Cemetery. About an hours drive from MPC and an hour and 45 minutes from Stanley.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double and single bed, the other with just a double bed. There are also three camping/z beds available to help accommodate larger parties and also a travel cot.
A large lounge, equipped with a smart TV which will take memory sticks and hard drives, also a DVD player. There are various puzzles, games, toys and books available.
A separate dining area which will seat 6 comfortably around the table.
A bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
A good sized back porch which houses the oil fired boiler which provides hot water and central heating. There is also a shoe rack and coat hooks here.
A compact well equipped fitted kitchen with a fridge with an ice making compartment, 4 ring gas cooker with oven, microwave oven, slow cooker, electric kettle and toaster, water filter etc.
A large attached room to the north with a wood burning stove. This room is ideal for drying off clothing if you have been caught out in the rain whilst fishing, hiking or exploring. It is also an ideal place to sit and relax in the evening toasting your toes in front of the fire, enjoying a drink or two in the company of good friends and family.
