We stayed in Goose Green for a week it was a bit like a ghost town and not a very pleasant place to stay I didn't think! The next week we stayed in my dad's room at the base. I liked it much better as there was a shop, library, bowling and a cinema. I got to fly in a Hercules and a VC10! That was amazing and I got a view of the Falklands from the back of the Hercules.
